Booking conditions

BOOKING PRICES INCLUDES

Bed linen, towels, kitchen set up.
Water and electricity.
We regret that we can not accept animals in the apartment.

CONDITION OF PAYMENT

30% of the final rental price to be paid at booking for booking confirmation.
Final payment set up latest 30 days before arrival.
Payment changes due to changes in the final number of persons can be paid cash upon arrival.

SMOKING

We trust for your understanding that smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

ARRIVAL CONDITIONS

Apartment is available starting from 15:00 on arrival day and shall be released latest at 10.00 am on the departure day.

CITY TAX

Please consider an additional city tax fee of 2,50 € per person/day. You will be entitled with payment of this obligatory tax to:
free public transportation in busses for the entire duration of your stay;
several entry vouchers and rebates for museum and Sea-Life Center in Konstanz & surroundings.

DEPOSIT

A deposit of 200 € is to be paid latest at arrival. Payment back upon departure and check up of the apartment at leave.
